Terminals & Connections
YYZ has 3 terminals: Terminal 1 (T1, international/domestic, Air Canada hub), Terminal 3 (T3, domestic/US transborder, WestJet, Sunwing, Air Transat), and Terminal 2 (closed, decommissioned). T1 and T3 are connected by the free LINK Train (automated people mover), running every 3–5 minutes, journey approximately 3 minutes. No bus shuttle required between T1 and T3; the LINK Train station is at the arrivals level of each terminal.

All major car rental companies operate from the Consolidated Rental Car Facility (CONRAC) located at 3111 Convair Drive, accessible via a free shuttle bus from both T1 (Ground Level, Door D) and T3 (Ground Level, Door G); shuttle runs every 5–10 minutes. The CONRAC building is approximately 1.5 km from T1. Standard counter hours are 06:00–23:00 daily, though Avis, Hertz and Enterprise offer 24-hour service at the CONRAC.
