By using fly-and-drive.com, our mobile applications, or any other booking channel (including by phone), you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Each booking may also be subject to the specific terms of the third-party provider you select (airline, rental company, mobility operator): if there is a conflict, those specific terms govern the performance of the service itself, without affecting your contractual relationship with Fly & Drive for the booking and payment portion.

Fly and Drive Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates a global travel aggregation platform bringing together in one place offerings from more than 200 partner airlines and 200 independent vehicle rental operators on our network, as well as local mobility providers. Our technology compares availability and rates from this international partner network in real time so you can search, compare, and book a complete trip - flight, car rental, or local mobility - in a single experience, wherever you travel.

Fly & Drive acts as an aggregator and technical intermediary: we facilitate search, comparison, booking, and payment for services offered by our global partner network. The services themselves (flights, vehicles, transfers) are provided directly by these third parties, each under its own terms and conditions, local regulations, and service standards. Fly & Drive is neither a carrier, nor a rental company, nor a mobility operator, and does not itself perform any travel service.

Bookings are limited to adults under applicable law in their country of residence. The driver must hold a valid driver's license meeting the rental partner's requirements and the laws of the vehicle pickup country; depending on destination, an International Driving Permit may be required in addition to a national license - it is your responsibility to verify this before booking.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. An account is strictly personal.

Displayed prices include known mandatory taxes and fees at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise. These rates come in real time from our global network of 200+ partner airlines and 200+ vehicle rental partners and may vary by availability, display currency, and the country from which you book. When currency conversion is applied, it is indicative; the amount ultimately charged is that confirmed at payment.

Confirmation occurs after successful payment and issuance of a confirmation email or voucher.

• Flights: rates, schedules, and availability determined by partner airlines.
• Car rental: inventory, vehicle categories, and options determined by the rental partner, per pickup country regulations.
• Mobility: vehicle class, route, and local transport regulations determined by the mobility partner.

Payment is processed via Stripe or other payment processors authorized by Fly & Drive, capable of handling international transactions in multiple currencies. You authorize debit of the amount displayed at confirmation. Enhanced anti-fraud checks may apply to cross-border transactions, possibly requiring additional identity verification before confirmation.

Cancellation rules depend on the fare or product selected and are communicated before payment. Eligible refunds are credited to the original payment method; timing may vary by partner, location, and international banking networks.

Passports, visas, driver's licenses (national and, where applicable, international), and any other authorizations required for your trip are solely your responsibility, including compliance with customs formalities and local regulations in countries visited. Denied boarding or vehicle pickup due to invalid documents does not entitle you to a refund, unless the relevant partner policy provides otherwise.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fly & Drive is not liable for indirect damages related to providers in our network, delays, cancellations, quality of third-party services, or force majeure - including when events occur in a third country affecting your itinerary. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees actually paid to Fly & Drive for the transaction concerned, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Platform trademarks, software, databases, and content are protected worldwide under intellectual property law and applicable international treaties. Any unauthorized reproduction, extraction, or resale, including for competitive aggregation, is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Before any legal action, we invite you to contact us at support@fly-and-drive.com to seek an amicable solution. If you reside in the European Union, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are preserved and prevail over any contrary clause.

These terms may evolve, particularly to reflect expansion of our global partner network or local regulatory changes.
