Terminals & Connections
Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) has one main terminal building divided into two piers: Terminal 1 (T1, main international/Schengen) and Terminal 2 (T2, used by Ryanair and some low-cost carriers). T1 and T2 are connected by a free shuttle bus running every 10–15 minutes (approx. 5–7 min ride); walking between them is not feasible as they are ~2 km apart. TAP Air Portugal, Iberia, British Airways, and Lufthansa operate from T1; Ryanair operates exclusively from T2.
Car Rental Desks
All major car rental counters are located in the Arrivals hall of T1, ground floor (Level 0), in a dedicated car rental area on the east side of the terminal. Vehicle pick-up lots are in the multi-storey car park P3, directly accessible via a covered walkway ~150 m from the T1 arrivals exit. Standard opening hours are 07:00–23:00 for most desks, with some operators (Hertz, Europcar, Sixt) offering 24h service on request.
Return Fuel Stations
BP on Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa (EN10), approx. 1.8 km southeast of the terminal, open 24h. Galp on Rua do Oriente / Avenida Berlim in Sacavém, approx. 2.5 km northeast, open 24h. Repsol on Avenida de Moscavide (IC2 access road), approx. 2.2 km south of T1, open 06:00–22:00.
