Terminals & Connections
VCE (Marco Polo Airport) has a single passenger terminal building with two main departure areas: Terminal T1 (Schengen/domestic) and Terminal T2 (non-Schengen/international), physically connected within the same structure - no shuttle needed, walkable in under 5 minutes. Ryanair operates predominantly from the T2 side; major carriers (Lufthansa, Air France, ITA) use T1 gates. Arrivals from both zones converge on the same ground-floor baggage claim hall.
Car Rental Desks
All rental counters are located on the arrivals level (Ground Floor / Piano Terra) of the main terminal, in the dedicated Car Rental area immediately after exiting the baggage claim hall - approximately 80 meters from the last baggage carousel. No separate rental building or shuttle is required; all major brands (Hertz, Avis, Europcar, Sixt, Enterprise/National, Budget, Maggiore) share the same inline counter row. Standard opening hours are approximately 07:00–23:00 daily, varying slightly by brand.
Return Fuel Stations
1) Eni station on Via Orlanda (SP42), approximately 900 meters northeast of the terminal entrance, open 24h with self-service. 2) Q8 station on Via Triestina (SR14) near Tessera village, approximately 1.2 km east of the airport perimeter, open 24h self-service. 3) Tamoil station on Via Orlanda heading toward Mestre, approximately 2.5 km from the terminal, staffed hours roughly 07:00–21:00 with 24h automated pump.
