Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (TLS) has a single terminal building divided into Hall A (Schengen/domestic, Air France, easyJet, Transavia, Volotea) and Hall B (non-Schengen international, British Airways, Ryanair international routes). Both halls are connected airside and landside without any shuttle; walking distance between Hall A and Hall B is approximately 5–7 minutes on foot. No inter-terminal shuttle or tram exists.

All car rental counters are located on the ground floor (Niveau 0) of the terminal, in the arrivals hall between Hall A and Hall B, accessible immediately after baggage claim exit. The rental car fleet pick-up area and return zone are in Parking P2, directly in front of the terminal, approximately 150 meters from the arrivals exit. Standard opening hours are 07:00–23:00 daily, though Hertz and Europcar may open from 06:30 on early-morning flight days.
